I’ve been thinking about how quickly the AI conversation has been playing out. We seem to be somewhere between revolution and reality.
The first few years were understandably dominated by the creation of intelligence. Bigger models. More compute. Better benchmarks. Every enterprise on the planet deemed it critical to move fast and capture that momentum.
But most are realizing it’s not as easy as it sounds.
