AI is about to automate much of the work that has historically defined entry-level roles. Junior auditors, analysts, associates… if their tasks are going to be taken over by agents, where will tomorrow’s leaders come from?
The skills that might start to matter a lot more than math, stats, or technical proficiency will likely be judgment, decision-making, empathy, communication, and leadership under ambiguity.
